Monee delivers cutting-edge financial solutions, including mobile wallets, payment processing, credit services, and digital banking. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance, leverage analytics to refine strategies, and scale high-impact campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic channels. Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to financial services for underserved communities.

Responsibility

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic networks to drive user acquisition and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (CAC, CTR, ROAS, LTV) to measure campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to design high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows tailored to Monee Credit’s audience.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and scalability.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing ROI for credit product promotions.
  • Stay ahead of fintech and digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities to engage users in Southeast Asia’s dynamic market.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting wins, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials adhere to financial regulations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; fintech or financial services experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
  • Proven track record of managing paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) with a budget of at least $10K/month.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with attribution modeling and marketing automation tools (e.g., Branch, AppsFlyer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in emerging markets.
