Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic networks to drive user acquisition and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CAC, CTR, ROAS, LTV) to measure campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to design high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows tailored to Monee Creditâs audience.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and scalability.
- Manage budget allocation across channels, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing ROI for credit product promotions.
- Stay ahead of fintech and digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities to engage users in Southeast Asiaâs dynamic market.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting wins, challenges, and recommendations.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials adhere to financial regulations and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; fintech or financial services experience is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
- Proven track record of managing paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) with a budget of at least $10K/month.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with attribution modeling and marketing automation tools (e.g., Branch, AppsFlyer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in emerging markets.
