Responsibility
- Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers to identify client financial needs and propose suitable bancassurance products.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to recommend tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of bancassurance products, including life insurance, savings plans, and wealth protection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic product positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide accurate advice.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with all banking and insurance regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bancassurance, financial advisory, or insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance, investment-linked policies, and wealth management products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a financial services role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or insurance licenses (e.g., AAJI) are highly desirable.
