Responsibility
- Approach and engage potential customers in designated high-traffic areas (malls, tourist spots, commercial zones).
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and promotional offers of AEON Credit Card clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into approved credit card applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups using company tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on AEON’s latest products, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Uphold company standards for ethics, confidentiality, and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail, banking, or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in outdoor/field settings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local customer demographics is an advantage.
