Responsibility
- Verify and process provider credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with insurance payors to maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information.
- Liaise with internal departments to streamline credentialing workflows and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of credentialing documentation and deadlines.
- Monitor and track the status of provider applications and re-credentialing processes.
- Communicate proactively with healthcare providers to gather required documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of credentialing materials to meet contractual and legal obligations.
- Assist in audits and reviews to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administration.
- Strong knowledge of credentialing standards (e.g., CAQH, NCQA) and insurance payor requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations is a plus.
