Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, micro-influencers, and content creators to expand Kime Skincareās digital footprint.
- Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and seasonal promotions.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and collaborations to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Curate and approve creator-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Organize and host community events, product launches, and meet-ups to foster engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to innovate outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate influencer insights into broader business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or digital PR, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain creator relationships.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content briefs and campaign concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
