Based in the vibrant and creative hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), youâll leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to identify, engage, and onboard top-tier photographic talent. Your efforts will directly contribute to Snapprâs mission of connecting businesses and individuals with the perfect photographer for any occasion.
This is a remote-friendly, full-time position offering the flexibility to work from Baliâs most inspiring locations while collaborating with a global team. If youâre passionate about photography, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love building meaningful partnerships, this role is for you.
Responsibility
- Identify and proactively reach out to high-quality photographers across various niches (e.g., weddings, corporate, lifestyle, real estate) to expand Snapprâs partner network.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including cold emailing, social media engagement, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and portfolio reviews to assess photographersâ skills, style, and alignment with Snapprâs quality standards.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Snappr and the photographers.
- Onboard new photographers efficiently, providing them with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed on the platform.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of acquired photographers, identifying opportunities for improvement and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine acquisition strategies based on data insights and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing photographers, addressing their concerns and fostering long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or talent acquisition, preferably in the creative, photography, or gig economy sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Strong understanding of the photography industry, including trends, pricing models, and portfolio evaluation.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms (e.g., Hunter, Lemlist).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Passion for photography and a keen eye for visual quality and style.
