Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Produce high-quality video content, including property tours, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns, optimized for each platform.
- Design visually compelling graphics, carousels, and infographics that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Write engaging captions, blog posts, and scripts that tell compelling stories and drive user interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activity to refine content strategies and maximize reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of posts.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a strong online community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles to optimize content for searchability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Passion for real estate, travel, or lifestyle content is a plus, but not required.
