Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Develop interactive multimedia assets (e.g., web banners, presentations, AR/VR elements) aligned with client brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and content teams to create cohesive visual narratives across platforms.
- Edit and enhance raw footage, audio, and graphics using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia production.
- Optimize multimedia content for SEO, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility (web, mobile, social).
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Multimedia Designer, Motion Graphics Artist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Blender).
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and interactive media projects.
- Experience with UI/UX principles and responsive design for digital platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for multimedia content and metadata optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
