Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC) to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our premium automotive products
- Create compelling content (copy, graphics, videos) that showcases our vehicles and resonates with Bali's diverse audience, including expats and local consumers
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging content that highlights our brand's unique value proposition in the Indonesian market
- Plan and coordinate high-impact marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities in Bali and across Indonesia
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive measurable results
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing approach
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with external vendors, influencers, and media partners to amplify our brand reach across Bali and beyond
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms and creating engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesian market
- Experience planning and executing events, product launches, or promotional activities
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Bali's culture, business environment, and digital landscape is a significant advantage
