Responsibility
- Develop custom interior design concepts tailored to client needs, from mood boards to 3D renderings.
- Consult with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with their vision.
- Create detailed space plans, material palettes, and furniture layouts using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Present design proposals and sales pitches to clients, highlighting aesthetic and functional benefits to close deals.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local Bali-inspired aesthetics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide post-installation support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in interior design, sales design, or a hybrid role within the luxury residential/commercial sector.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max) and sales CRM tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, from concept to execution.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of local Bali design trends, materials, and suppliers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
