Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design themes and budgets.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes to incorporate into projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and monitor progress to ensure design integrity.
- Provide exceptional client service by understanding their vision and translating it into bespoke interior solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed projects with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and construction practices in Bali is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
