Responsibility
- Lead the development of brand storytelling strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Oversee visual direction for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, social, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, copywriting) to produce high-impact content and campaigns.
- Mentor and inspire creative teams to deliver innovative, on-brand solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Pitch and present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the vision and ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in design, storytelling, and consumer behavior to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role in branding or advertising.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in brand storytelling, visual identity, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage creative teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative visions to clients and teams.
- Experience working with international brands or in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability, wellness, or lifestyle brands (aligned with Modern Hippi’s ethos).
