As our Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual materials, including key visuals (KV) and editorial publications (EP), that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all visual content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for both digital and print media. Responsibility
- Design and develop high-quality key visuals (KV) and editorial publications (EP) for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all visual materials align with Richeese Factory’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to create engaging visual content for digital and print media.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, while meeting deadlines.
- Optimize visual content for various channels, including social media, websites, in-store displays, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and innovation in visual storytelling.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production of design materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, particularly in branding and marketing.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or fast-food sector is a plus.
