Responsibility
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for villa projects using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Prepare construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Assist in material take-offs and cost estimations for projects.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Drafter in architectural or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required).
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is a plus.
