Are you a passionate UI/UX Designer with a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences? HTC Global Services is seeking a talented designer to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine web and mobile applications, with a focus on the multifinance industry. Your expertise will drive user-centric design solutions that enhance usability and elevate brand experiences.
Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a creative and inspiring environment. Responsibility
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design concepts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across platforms.
- Optimize designs for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the multifinance or fintech industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
