Responsibility
- Develop and design brand identities, marketing materials, and digital assets aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling content for campaigns, social media, and print.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, and color schemes across all design projects.
- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and graphics to meet high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose creative solutions for business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1-3 years preferred) with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Passion for design and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
