Responsibility
- Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), including captions, scripts, and ad text.
- Craft persuasive headlines, hooks, and CTAs that drive clicks, shares, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align copy with campaign objectives, brand voice, and SEO best practices.
- Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and consumer insights to maximize reach and relevance.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Contribute to content calendars and brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas.
- Optimize copy for A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to refine messaging.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies in the FMCG/health food space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG, health, or lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, conversion-focused copy for social media, ads, or websites.
- Deep understanding of brand tone, audience targeting, and storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword integration for digital content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback and project pivots.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva).
- Passion for health, wellness, or food industries is a significant advantage.
