Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement visual content strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets for digital and print media, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of visual content.
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative or design role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual content and design projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and marketing principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
