Responsibility
- Translate approved creative concepts and brand guidelines into high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals.
- Produce, edit, and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to inform creative decisions.
- Work with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on emerging content formats, tools, and technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Producer, Video Producer, or Multimedia Specialist, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
