Responsibility
- Create engaging and original content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Write and edit blog posts, articles, and newsletters that highlight our services, community initiatives, and success stories.
- Design and produce visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other digital assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement and reach.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and blog with fresh, SEO-friendly content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital content creation, social media, and senior care industry developments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (portfolio or samples required).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic SEO principles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for senior care, community support, or social impact initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
