Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end event concepts, from initial client briefs to post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and client expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, designers, and technical crews, to deliver flawless event experiences in Bali’s diverse venues.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, optimizing resources to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision, provide creative input, and present tailored event proposals that reflect Bali’s unique charm.
- Oversee on-site event production, troubleshooting challenges in real-time to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate event strategies with broader brand campaigns, enhancing visibility and engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating innovative technologies, sustainable practices, and local cultural elements into event designs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, venues, and partners to secure the best resources for each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Event Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the events industry, preferably with exposure to international or high-profile events.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking, with a portfolio showcasing successful event concepts and executions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of event production elements, including AV, staging, catering, and decor, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event landscape, including venues, permits, and local customs, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and lead teams with confidence and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
