Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content) aligned with Cedo Wellnessâs brand voice.
- Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and community gatherings, from planning to post-event analysis.
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) for digital platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., social media insights, event ROI) with actionable recommendations.
- Liaise with vendors, influencers, and local partners to enhance event experiences and collaborations.
- Manage calendar schedules for marketing activities, deadlines, and event timelines.
- Assist in SEO and website optimization to improve organic reach and user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights in the wellness industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1â2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or digital content creation (wellness industry is a plus).
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with a knack for multitasking.
- Creative thinker with a passion for wellness, health, and community-building.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/evenings for events).
- Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools is a bonus.
