Responsibility
- Develop and star in short-form video content (TikTok, Facebook Reels, etc.) to promote products and brand messaging.
- Host live selling sessions, engaging with audiences in real-time to drive sales and answer product inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Research and stay updated on trending topics, hashtags, and video styles to maximize reach and engagement.
- Edit and optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to refine content strategy.
- Provide product demonstrations and testimonials in a compelling and authentic manner.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives to foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an on-camera talent, host, or content creator (portfolio or demo reel required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a natural, engaging on-screen presence.
- Familiarity with video production tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, audience-centric ideas for video content.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology to drive conversions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, or influencer culture is highly desirable.
