Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute pyrotechnic display projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure permits, licenses, and approvals for events in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage logistics, including equipment transportation, vendor coordination, and on-site setup/teardown.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, safety protocols, and operational checklists.
- Oversee on-site operations during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align pyrotechnic designs with event themes and client expectations.
- Conduct post-event debriefs to evaluate performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry partners in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or pyrotechnic production.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and permit requirements for public events in Indonesia.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event planning software.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
