Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Sales Operations reports to track performance metrics, coverage gaps, and revenue trends.
- Perform in-depth sales performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and management teams to align reporting with business objectives.
- Design and implement automated dashboards and tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
- Conduct coverage calculations and validate data accuracy to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews with actionable insights for leadership.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to provide proactive recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
