Responsibility
- Perform timely and accurate delivery of parcels to customers within the designated Cheras coverage area.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using provided logistics software to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct pre-delivery checks to ensure all assigned packages are accounted for and in good condition.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch center and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and safety protocols while operating company vehicles or personal motorcycles.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) collections professionally and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily collections.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery interaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid B2 (Motorcycle) or D (Car) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Must own a reliable transport (motorcycle preferred for navigation efficiency).
- Familiarity with the road networks and residential areas in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
- Good command of spoken and written Malay and/or English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle parcel loading/unloading and frequent stops throughout the day.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphone applications for navigation and parcel tracking.
- Commitment to punctuality and high service standards.
