Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and collect parcels, documents, and freight across assigned routes in Bali.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments while adhering to DHL’s service standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections using digital or paper-based systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and obtaining signatures or proofs of delivery.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure zero incidents and maximum efficiency.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and sorting packages at distribution centers or hubs as required.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues to the fleet management team promptly.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to optimize routes and improve delivery performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in courier, delivery, or logistics operations (preferably with a reputable company).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography, including major routes, traffic patterns, and local regulations.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift packages weighing up to 30 kg.
- Proficient in basic English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners, GPS devices, and digital tracking systems.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills to handle delivery challenges professionally.
