Responsibility

  • Lead and manage nationwide sales operations to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and drive growth in Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the sports, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
