Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive market share growth in Singapore and Brunei.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing sales, marketing, and channel teams to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, C-suite executives, and strategic partners.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt regional strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee P&L management, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams to localize product messaging and field enablement initiatives.
  • Drive customer success and retention programs to build long-term loyalty and referenceability.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the B2B enterprise software or data infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a regional business unit or country office.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex sales cycles and large-scale enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore and Brunei IT landscapes, specifically in cloud and cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to attract, hire, and develop top-tier sales and technical talent.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
