Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping inquiries and service requests.
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, including data entry into the tracking system.
- Handle cash transactions, issue official receipts, and ensure proper balancing of daily sales.
- Prepare waybills and ensure all documentation for cargo transport is complete and compliant with company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service counter area at all times.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or tracking inquiries with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate; Vocational or College degree in any field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics/courier operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry software).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail for handling transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Iloilo City and follow shifting schedules.
