Responsibility
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Review and validate budget proposals to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial constraints.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project annual expenditures and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and refine budgetary assumptions.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize financial resources.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
