Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis for raw materials, labor, and overhead to identify savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to establish accurate product costing models.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze variances between standard and actual costs, recommending corrective actions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost-related data and trends.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in cost reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with inventory valuation, bill of materials (BOM), and production costing.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
