Responsibility
- Review and analyze F&B sales reports against produce reports to identify discrepancies and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and control costs.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with F&B and procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Accorâs financial policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on cost-control best practices and financial accountability.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of F&B operations and inventory management systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
