Responsibility
- Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures to optimize operational expenses.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost variance analysis and budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the development of pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) is advantageous.
