Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting activities.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support tax preparation and filing, working closely with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to automate processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification such as Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus.
