Responsibility
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Provide expert financial advice and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous learning.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and accounting standards to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax consulting, preferably in a senior role.
- Profound knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Maximum age of 32 years with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a reputable institution.
