Responsibility
- Record and control transactions related to raw material purchases, purchase returns, and calculate the cost of purchases.
- Monitor and record accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing purposes.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
