Responsibility
- Manage and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the insurance or brokerage industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
