As a Cost Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving cost efficiency in food, beverage, and operational expenses. Responsibility
- Conduct regular Food Cost and Beverage Cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins.
- Monitor inventory levels, usage patterns, and vendor pricing to ensure optimal stock management.
- Develop and implement waste reduction strategies to minimize losses in F&B operations.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with kitchen, F&B, and procurement teams to align purchasing decisions with budgetary goals.
- Track and analyze operational expenses, including labor, utilities, and overhead costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, audits, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for new and existing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or financial analysis within the hospitality, F&B, or tourism industry.
- Proven experience in Food Cost and Beverage Cost analysis (preferably in hotels, resorts, or restaurants).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or hospitality-specific software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language is a plus.
