Responsibility
- Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and financial transactions with accuracy.
- Support the accounting team with data entry, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of building materials.
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, and financial documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional responses via email or phone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all financial and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 24 years old.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Willingness to work in Badung or relocate to Bali (preferred).
