Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze cost variances and prepare detailed reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate inventory valuation, overhead costs, and production expenses to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal accounting policies in all financial activities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits of cost data to verify accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
