Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for domestic and regional travel.
- Provide expert advice and personalized travel solutions tailored to corporate clients’ needs and preferences.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to secure the best rates and terms for clients.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, client budgets, and industry regulations.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and client communications using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific advisories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel consulting, corporate travel, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and travel management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of visa processes, travel insurance, and international travel protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, to accommodate client needs.
