Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model while driving revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge corporate training solutions. Your role will involve identifying client needs, crafting tailored proposals, and closing high-value deals that empower organizations to upskill their teams.

Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals to generate leads for training solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend tailored training programs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with client budgets and Comfori’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the training development team to customize solutions based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain a CRM pipeline to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while providing exceptional post-sale support to drive client retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends in corporate training, e-learning, and professional development to position Comfori as a thought leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in corporate training, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and meeting aggressive targets.
- Familiarity with corporate training markets, L&D (Learning & Development) trends, or HR tech is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating with a global team.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
