Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions for teams across departments.
- Create interactive learning materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into OPPO’s culture and workflows.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs, and iterate programs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and talent retention strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends in learning & development, incorporating best practices into OPPO’s training framework.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their career growth and leadership potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training, talent development, or a similar role (preferably in tech or multinational companies).
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for diverse audiences, including executives and entry-level staff.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) and adult learning principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and report on program success.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a willingness to adapt to OPPO’s fast-evolving products and services.
