Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for newly hired marketing staff.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on basic production selling techniques and advanced sales strategies.
- Teach effective objection handling methods to enhance the sales team’s performance.
- Prepare and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and reports.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to marketing staff to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to ensure training programs align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably in the marketing or sales industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and reports using various tools and software.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs to address them.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate trainees.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
