Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest training trends, methodologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an internal trainer or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, PowerPoint, e-learning platforms).
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
