Responsibility
- Oversee company registration and incorporation processes for Singapore-based entities, ensuring full compliance with ACRA regulations.
- Prepare and file annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, liaising with MOM as required.
- Provide expert advisory on corporate governance, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and regulatory updates.
- Maintain and update corporate registers, minute books, and statutory records for clients.
- Monitor changes in Singapore’s corporate laws and regulations and advise clients on necessary adjustments to their compliance strategies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure alignment on compliance matters.
- Deliver high-quality client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored compliance solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance role, preferably with exposure to Singapore-based companies.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and MOM regulations.
- Proven experience in managing EP applications and corporate filings with a track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with corporate governance software and tools (e.g., BizFile, Xero, or similar platforms).
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
