Responsibility
- Oversee corporate governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Coordinate and execute high-profile business events, including conferences, shareholder meetings, and executive retreats.
- Manage board meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes with precision and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the preparation of annual reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including travel arrangements and schedule management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably within an MNC or commodity trade sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in event management, with a track record of organizing successful business events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate governance software.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
