Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
- Maintain and update statutory registers and minute books for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings and general meetings, including agendas and resolutions.
- Liaise directly with clients regarding compliance requirements, document signing, and annual returns.
- Perform administrative duties related to company incorporations, dissolutions, and business changes.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance standards and internal compliance policies.
- Support the team in managing documentation for audits, bank account openings, and corporate restructuring.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Law, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm or a professional services environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulatory frameworks.
