Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate and individual clients in Bali’s premium catering market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, event planners, and luxury venues.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent Manna Pot Catering at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s corporate and event landscape, with existing networks considered an advantage.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
